For a German manufacturer of quality coffee machines in the vending sector, we supply up to 180 pre-assembly components directly to the assembly line every week. In this project, ABW Metalltechnik provides the following services:

• Assumption of procurement and requirements planning responsibilities for assembly components (power units, plates, glass, etc.) in accordance with the customer’s existing supply chain
• Manufacture of cable harnesses
• Production of sheet metal components incl. powder coating
• Assembly of the complete pre-assembly components incl. cables and control unit
• Delivery of the pre-assembly components directly to the assembly line
