For a manufacturer of air humidifiers and dehumidifier technology, we supply over 100,000 sheet metal components for the various products annually. In this project, ABW Metalltechnik provides the following services:

• Production of sheet metal samples and transmission of CAD data and drawings to the customer
• Advising the customer on the production-ready design of sheet metal components
• Production of housing components made of pre-coated steel sheets in stainless steel-look
• Production of all sheet metal components incl. powder coating
• Product-related picking and delivery directly to the assembly line in accordance with the customer’s next production lot
• Scheduling and implementation in the production of seasonal capacity peaks
• Production and delivery of cable harnesses
